Education is regarded as a highly effective tool for empowerment. However, due to various circumstances, 47 million youth in India drop out of school. Tech Mahindra, in partnership with Deep Griha, seeks to empower these youth with new skills.

The program offers a 3-month vocational training course that includes computer training and career development. It is specifically designed for today's youth (18+) to help them secure jobs and provide placements. On average, Tech SMART achieves a placement rate of 80%-85%.

The course includes:

• Computer training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Paint, internet access, and creating a mailing address)

• Guidance from experienced mentors for vocational training

• Training on corporate behavior and communication skills
